The Empire State Building

This recently built sand sculpture took one day to build, with the help of another sand sculptor. The sculpture was completed in August 2006 and took half a ton of sand to build. The project was commissioned by Hotdog and Mustard Films as part of an architecture programme they were filming for the Discovery Channel. The sand sculpture was designed to give the impression that a very talented 10 year old had built it.
